Greetings! I have been a college/university instructor for over seven years, and I enjoy every second of it. The main foci of study are exercise physiology, kinesiology, anatomy/physiology, health education, and physical education. I have always enjoyed studying the human body and its functions. Before teaching, I have worked as an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor.
