I’m a 30 year-old Ph.D. student who spent her entire life abroad and just recently moved to Chicago. I was born in Paris and lived a year in the French speaking part of Africa before moving to Geneva, Switzerland, where I spent most of my life. French is my mother tongue, with English. I studied Italian in high school and traveled regularly to Florence and the northern part of Italy during the summers to take classes before moving to Bologna when I was in college.
