Boris M. offers Russian Lessons

I needed to brush up on my Russian language course material before returning so school for the spring semester. I was hoping just to get some practice with language and clear up some questions about grammar. Boris was very helpful and motivated to help and always had resources ready at our lessons to help explain the grammar structures. He was always very flexible in terms of hours, even around the holidays, and easy to reach by several means of communication. What I valued most from our lessons was our discussions about Russian culture and topics of interest that would probably not be brought up in your standard class. His understanding of the language and ability to explain concepts is helpful, but the most valuable thing is the amount of knowledge and understanding he has of the Russian culture and history, and his willingness to share that. I would recommend taking sessions with Boris to anyone with an interest in Russian language or culture.
