She used stickers and cards, which I think helped him have some fun with the lesson. The second lesson with Laura went very well too. Our grandson responds well to Laura. He liked her board game and seems to be enjoying himself. Our grandson continues to enjoy his time with Laura. She keeps his interest for the hour and his skills in reading and math are improving. We're hoping to have 3 lessons this week and then give him a break with follow up from us and his parents until school starts. Laura has been very creative in working with our grandson as per her review and we're extremely happy with his progress. We went onto this week with Laura and we couldn't be happier with our grandson's improvement. His skills are improved, he seems more confident and Laura gave him some tools/ ideas to help him with his work. She was outstanding. We wish her the best in her move and are disappointed she won't be around if our grandson needs some additional help in the future.
