Lori L. from Moline, IL Joe M. is a very punctual, patient, easygoing tutor. He makes learning fun while completely explaining all concepts and necessary information for your student to apply, remember, and thrive. My daughter enjoys and even looks forward to each lesson. Joe is very trustworthy and always appropriate. Not only is my daughter learning Social Studies, but she is learning HOW TO learn and with Mr. M.'s encouraging ways, her confidence is skyrocketing. The lessons are always well thought out and planned with her in mind, with relevant videos and websites that instruct and help her practice. He always leaves time at the end of each lesson for a review and quick summary of all the basic concepts and key points of knowledge taught. If she doesn't get something right away they go over it until she feels comfortable with it and really understands it. With all of this and the fact that we chose the curriculum, he is teaching her what she needs to know and will help her succeed in the future. I feel we are really getting our money's worth. When all this is through she will have received MORE than a year's worth of school in just a few short months and she will still have plenty of time for lazy, fun filled summer vacation. The advantages of it all far exceed what she would have had if I had just sent her to summer school. Mr. M. makes the value of paying for a private tutor insurmountable. I think this may be one of the best things I have ever done for my daughter.
