Although I have a life-long love of mathematics, I realize that many students do not! I love helping struggling students navigate their way through math courses. Usually all that’s needed is a new perspective and a little patience.

I earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Ohio Northern University and an M.S. in Pure Mathematics from Virginia Tech. I first tutored students as an undergraduate and had the opportunity to begin teaching as a Graduate Assistant in 1990.
