I have recently earned a PhD in Physics from Kent State University. Originally, I planned on being a research scientist but I have found teaching to be much more rewarding than scientific research. I began tutoring math and physics as a college student in 2001. Since then, I have worked as a teaching assistant while attending graduate school, a substitute algebra teacher, and a math professor at a community college.
