In 2008 I won the Grand Prize from the Simplicity Creative Sewing Contest. The Grand Prize was a trip for two to Paris, France. In addition my garment, titled Kimono Express, is traveling around the U.S. and Canada for a year with the Hoffman Challenge Trunk Show.
