Amanda is an honors graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she double majored in Chinese and Economics. A native Coloradan, Amanda enjoys running, camping, baking, cooking and painting. In the past year, she ran two half marathons and is on her way to accomplish a third half marathon.
