All levels are welcomed, My current classes have all walks of life; corporate executives, beginners, senior citizens, teens and adults with disabilities or limited motor skills, women in recovery, those just here on vacation and everyone in between.
I currently teach, Corporate Yoga, Chair Yoga in Retirement Homes, Women’s sober living home, aLaya Spa in Weston, L.I.F.E for adults with disabilities, small group parties and privates.
My 200 hr RYT was complete at The Joyful School of Yoga at Om Joyful Yoga.
