Sandra B. from Dallas, TX Ellen is well-prepared each session with great activities to help our daughter develop her early academic skills. She has a nice balance between structured tasks and creative projects to learn how to read, add, subtract, etc. We've seen good progress with our daughter...and would highly recommend Ellen!!

Linda S. from Frisco, TX Having Ellen tutor my daughter has been one of the best decisions I've made. The time and attention she gives her to help her learn has been amazing and it's really paid off for her. Her math and reading skills have improved greatly since Ellen has worked with her. She's 6 years' old and has a preemie and diagnosed as ADD (Inactive) she has been a little behind. Ellen knows exactly how to keep her engaged and wanting to learn, which has been priceless! Ellen has recently started working with our son, who is a gifted and talented student, but likes to do things the easy way! Ellen will not have this and holds him accountable, which is just what he needs to excel. Thank you Ellen...we hope to have you in our lives for years to come.

Rachael K. from Plano, TX We have been so HAPPY with Ellen! She is very patient with our son. Ellen pays close attention to the personal needs of our son. She sees his strengths and weaknesses and strives to improve on them. Our son looks forward to tutoring every week! We also love the work she leaves with us during the week when she is not here. After each session, Ellen writes in GREAT detail, everything they are working on and any progress that has been made. She also writes what they are continuing to work on. We are very pleased to say the least!!

Sabrina B. from Mckinney, TX Ellen did a wonderful job designing and implementing a learning plan that coordinated with lesson plans of our child?s teachers. Her demeanor was always cordial and facilitating as she interacted with our child even when they worked through challenging material. She also provided feedback to us after each visit supporting our ability to work as a unit to maintain the program once weekly tutoring sessions ceased. I?d highly recommend Ellen for any parents seeking to enhance the reading and writing skills of the child supporting sustainable and quantifiable results.

Kia L. from Grand Prairie, TX First day went very well. Ms.E was very patient with working with my son. He said he likes her a lot and she didn't make it hard for him to understand the work. It was great start, so I am looking forward for my son to achieve much higher with his school studies.

Bobbie H. from Arlington, TX Dad - Ms. Ellen is a gem when it comes to education and being very knowledgeable about education and helping students. She has helped my son and increased his confidence. As grandmother, I've noticed that she is stern but very caring. She is the person my grandchild needs because he's a high maintenance child, loving but active. I have observed my grandson use the strategies Miss Ellen has taught him. She has studied his test results and is addressing those needs. Update: after I posted my comments earlier for Ms. Ellen things started to change. We started to have problems. I discussed some of my concerns and gave her suggestions to give me, the grandmother who was paying the bill, feed back. This was not done. She was very aggressive to me so I asked her to write the date of the lesson and leave a smilie face if the lesson went well. This was not done! To me that wasn't being professional. I was waiting to score her to see how things were going but I couldn't because more than 14 days had passed. I'm sorry it has to end this way!
