When instructing at an adult level, Beate integrates cultural and historical aspects in to the lessons that really help to bring everything together. Understanding the history of the language, and how the culture differs from ours makes the lesson more thorough and will help tremendously in the transition from living in America to living in Germany.

I have done this many times before and when I request something, I expect the tutor does it. I am paying. I requested 3 times the subject, and she did something totally different. I will not continue and do not recommend her. She is the only tutor I have worked with that has done this. Bad experience.

Her periods of instruction are more than just learning how to speak, read, and write German; she helps teach you these things by also integrating an understanding of German culture and traditions.
