She responded to the initial request quickly, and within a week we scheduled a tutorial session for my daughter. My daughter was not excited about working with a tutor initially, however Michele helped her relax quickly. She smiled throughout the tutorial. I think she even had fun. Michele assigned homework and developed educational goals. She communicated those verbally and followed up with an email. There is no questions regarding the work to be accomplished because it is well communicated. I believe that my daughter is now looking forward to the tutorial and she understands the need for her tutor. She knows that Michele will help her improve IF she does the assigned work. In other words, my daughter realizes that she has to take responsibility for her own studies in order to improve. Michele is on time and reliable. She is particularly adept at language studies. I recommend her. I am updating this review on 3/19/14: My daughter completed her fourth lesson with Michele. She is making progress and still enjoying the lessons. She has homework assignments to complete in order to increase her vocabulary. I have worked with her to complete those assignments, and that has helped her to have productive sessions with Michele. We have a fourth and fifth lesson scheduled and I will add more shortly. I am happy to see my daughter's improvement.
