I received at BA in Education from Calvin College in Grand Rapids. I then earned a Masters Degree in Education- Reading And Language Arts from the University Of Vermont.
If you count student teaching, I have taught all grades K-8. I have also been the principal of a rural school grades K-11, the 12th grade was added the next year.
I have always loved math and working with numbers. I love to take the fear out of the word ‘Algebra’.
