I’m an Indiana boy; I went to Brebeuf Jesuit High School, but decided to travel the world a bit before coming back to put down some roots. I studied plant biology at Ohio University where I got my first experience tutoring at the Academic Advancement Center. After I graduated, my wife and I lived in Japan for three years where I taught English to children ages 3 to 18 at an after school program, engineers at a motor company and a glass company, and college students at a local university.
