First of all, I believe all students have strengths: even if they don’t see them or think their teachers see them. My goal is to show students their strengths and build on them while also working on areas that are maybe not as strong.

My thirty some years of teaching and tutoring have taught me that each student learns differently and at different paces. Some students understand ideas better when they hear them. Other students understand better when they look at an example or take notes….
