Because this was a first time meeting, it was somewhat difficult to know where to get started because I was not sure where I needed help in trying to understand logic games. I know, as a deaf person raised in the oral method, my thought processes do not incorporate the use of logic very well. Once we got started, Chris could see what my issues were and was able to figure out some ways for me to translate the language into something I could understand. I really appreciate his patience because the past two tutors sometimes became impatient when I couldn't figure things out easily after multiple attempts. This time was on a more positive level because Chris has the ability to see what my thought processes were due to his unique special needs background.
