I’m a West Michigan native, born and raised in the Benton Harbor/St. Joe area. I taught in the Muskegon area for 3 years and 32 years in the Holland area plus 2 semesters at Grand Valley State University as an Adjunct Professor in Spanish. Since I am not a native speaker of Spanish and have also had some French and German, I think I have a better grasp of what is involved in learning another language….
