I also appreciate his style of instruction. He helps the student to develop the appropriate thought process and approach to thinking about the problem. He asks lots of questions to guide the thought process and has a positive, patient approach. I think the best feedback though is my daughter, after every tutoring session, has reported the tutoring session was helpful and she is learning the material. Tom is very knowledgeable and his approach is spot-on!
