Testimonials
Susan N. from Baraboo, WI She is a person of her word and is very thorough in her field of study. She has started to help me with my course and has help me correct my mistakes to achieve a much better out come. Would highly recommend her expertise to anyone who needs help in her field.Having Cynthia as a tutor makes all the difference in the course. Also I travel at least an hour if not more to have tutoring from her.
Rhonda G. from Winnebago, IL Cynthia is doing a great job with my daughter, teaching her new techniques to understand the work better. I would recommend her services to anyone in need of help. She will teach your child a way to comprehend the work with less effort and time consumption.
Doris D. from Rockford, IL After five weeks of an accelerated college level algebra course, I can honestly say that I would not have made it without Cynthia! She was phenomenal, and the guiding force behind my final grade of a B. Cynthia gave me her own homework to complete, and she never let me slide with a "half answer." I might not be where I desire to be in regards to understanding all of it, but thanks to Cynthia, I am most certainly way beyond where I was when this journey began. I am most grateful. She even double checks her own work! She shows you how to double check your own work also. Altogether awesome!
Radhika K. from Beloit, WI Cynthia tutored my daughter for two months. She was thorough in her lessons and was always prompt to sessions. My daughter was very comfortable with her tutoring style and benefited tremendously. Cynthia is a good tutor and I would very much recommend her.
Freybrianne Z. from Lake Geneva, WI Cynthia helped my son who is a freshman with several subjects including Biology, Honors Freshman English, and Algebra. She was very patient and helpful, and really helped him get his grades up, she also taught him some very helpful skills for studying in the future for all his subjects. Overall she did a great job, and I would for sure use her again in the future.
Natalie G. from Madison, WI Cynthia, while a very nice and patient person, was not very helpful when tutoring me. She simply reread to me what was in my textbook and seemed uninformed on the in-depth material that my college level physiology class was covering. She was very positive and reinforcing but I just felt that she was out of her comfort zone tutoring (a somewhat introductory college level) physiology, although she had it listed as a area of expertise on her profile. I'm sure she knows the basics, but she seemed rusty with me and seemed to overcompensate by stressing how I needed to improve my study and reading skills; while I totally acknowledge that those would be good skills to improve upon, it was unnecessary to discuss when I had an exam approaching and needed to focus on studying then and there (also on my dime.)
