• Analyzed data on years till relapse after a diagnosis of melanoma with Weibull distribution utilizing statistical software R, derived the MLE using bivariate Newton-Raphson iteration, and calculated the asymptotic variance-covariance matrix and 95% confidence intervals.
• Evaluated Apple Inc. stock with regression analysis of time series: ARIMA/GARCH forecasting model. Illustrated the successes and failures of the regression technique by empirical problem sets making extensive use of the software Stata12.
• Developed analyses in the Infant Growth Study, a cross-sectional survey of infants in SLC, 2009, using SAS9.4 programming language for data manipulation. Conducted descriptive and inferential statistics of the sample`s demographic and anthropometric characteristics, produced detailed reports and communicated data analysis results to end users.
