My daughter used different Wyzant tutors through the years, so I thought, why shouldn't I be able to find someone to teach me Word and Excel? In late August, I found the answer to my prayers in Lorraine. I told her up front that I had one month to learn these skills, and asked her if she was up for the challenge. She said she was, and for the past month, we have been meeting twice a week in my home for very intensive and informative lessons. Lorraine is a bright, patient and kind seasoned professional. She always came to me with a well designed lesson plan and was always sure to leave me with plenty of homework. There was never a problem that she couldn't help me solve, and she always made sure that I understood the lesson at hand before moving forward. I would recommend Lorraine to anyone who has a desire to learn computer basics, or even to advanced techies. She is that good. I am about to re-enter the work force again after many years, and I can honestly say that I feel really confident after having spent this past month with Lorraine as my tutor. Who says tutors are just for kids??!
