He arrived early and reserved a private study room (we didn't even know the library provides private study room as we were never there before). When we arrived, all was set. I spoke to Stefan for 2 minutes and he was able to recognize where I would like him to target in helping my daughter. I was very pleased with the result. I was more pleased to learn how well he can relate to my daughter.
