I have a PhD in Organic Chemistry (Univ of MN) and while in graduate school (‘93 – ’99) I was a teaching assistant and department tutor for general/organic chemistry for 6 years. I currently (’99 to present) work in the pharmaceutical industry and throughout my career I have been informally teaching chemistry/medicinal chemistry to the bachelor’s level employees. However, for a period of almost two years (’09 – ’10) I hosted a formal chemistry class at my job with 6 employees in attendance. …
