Youngeun Y. from Austin, TX Mrs. Vicki is great tutor for my daughter. She has a lot of skills to teach children without boring. Especially, she utilizes lots of references and games while studying English. It makes my child easy to learn English. Actually, my daughter is a little bit timid. But she always wait Mrs. Vicki on the class day. She enjoys tutoring of Mrs. Vicki. It was really good that we met Mrs. Vicki for my daughter.

Rebecca R. from Leander, TX My daughter has been tutored by Vicki A. for approximately one month. During this time, Vicki has shown her lots of great learning mechanisms to use in the classroom and at home when completing homework assignments. I have seen lots of improvement in my daughter's academic confidence and I am extremely pleased with the results. I definitely recommend Vicki for your tutoring needs.
Chetana K. from Cedar Park, TX She is very involved during tutoring sessions and leaves the kid with interesting thoughts to explore and expand upon before meeting again. Highly recommended for language arts.
Allison M. from Cedar Park, TX Vicki has been working with my seven year old daughter on reading and writing over the past several weeks. She has been a wonderful help and has given my daughter confidence with her reading. For the first time, she is actually enjoying reading and wants to go to tutoring!! We were lucky to find her. Her patient and calm demeanor is perfect for kids struggling with any subject.
Christine M. from Cedar Park, TX My son started with Ms. Vicki about 2 months ago and was having a lot of trouble with Math and his writing skills. He lacked confidence in his abilities so he was afraid to even try because he thought he would look dumb if he failed. Ms. Vicki has done wonders so far. His teachers and family members have noticed a change in his attitude towards school especially writing and math. He actually told his doctor that math was his favorite subject. He still has a way to go in order to get up to his 4th grade speed, but so far he is headed in the right direction thanks to Ms. Vicki. She has helped him feel confident in himself and has taught him study skills. Every time I drop my son off for tutoring Ms. Vicki is there smiling and ready to help. I would most definitely recommend Ms. Vicki because she is patient, she is a LISD substitute teacher and she knows her stuff, especially when it comes to LISD testing and what each student needs to know.
Samantha P. from Leander, TX Mrs Vicki has helped my elementary-aged twins improve their grades in math to A, with just 1 to 1.5 hours of tutoring per week. Their classroom teachers are not able to provide quite enough instruction in the classroom to keep up with the standardized testing schedule, and Mrs. Vicki fills that gap for my children. She is very pleasant and easy to work with, and I highly recommend her!
Madhini P. from Cedar Park, TX Ms. Vicki is an awesome patient teacher. She goes out of the way to help my 7 yr old. We are happy to have her. My daughter really likes her.
Cam C. from Cedar Park, TX I have to say it's not easy to make my son sit still for anything but seeing my son concentration during the tutor time with Mrs. Vicki, I am really pleased and appreciate her efforts. She has been working with him for few weeks now and I can see the respects from him for her very much! I know my son still has a long way to go but Mrs Vicki really sweet and patient and I believe she will turn him around to become a great student. Thanks very much Mrs. Viki!!!!
Marci A. from Austin, TX My child was having trouble learning to read. Over the past few months she has helped my child start to read and I can tell that his confidence has been boosted because of it. Mrs. Vicki is very patient and soft spoken and her demeanor works well with my child. She comes prepared with lots of games and activities that encourages the reading skills but also makes it fun. She has a reward system in place that also encourages my child to complete activities. I believe her extensive experience as a teacher is beneficial to her style of tutoring.
Stacy E. from Leander, TX Vicki has done wonders for my son who is currently in the 5th grade. He had fallen behind in math last year and she worked with him over the summer. She is organized and patient. My son loved working with her. As a teacher myself I highly recommend Vicki! My son learned so much in just months!
Tierna M. from Liberty Hill, TX Anyone looking for a tutor would be privileged to have Vicki work with their child. We are so happy that we found Vicki. Our daughter had fallen behind in her math skills during the school year and was looking at some pretty poor test scores. With help from Vicki she passed math last year. She continued tutoring with Vicki throughout the summer, and so far this school year, she has a 99% in math and no longer dreads her math classes or tests. The difference Vicki has made speaks for itself. We intend to have our daughter continue tutoring with Vicki as long as we can.
Peggy H. from Leander, TX Miss Vickie has helped my grandson immensely with reviewing 5th grade math. She understood his weaknesses and opened his eyes to problem solving. He was always happy before and after his tutor sessions. Miss Vicki influenced my grandson in a positive way and I am grateful.
DON H. from Cedar Park, TX I am convinced that she is a native speaker who is well qualified to teach her native language to foreign learners. Mrs. Vicki is now tutoring my son who is currently 3 years old. Because English was not his mother tongue, he could never speak English prior to the tutoring. However, at this time, he uses English expressions and responds in English quite well. I was extremely afraid that he might have trouble focusing in the one-hour lesson. My apprehensions turned out to be unnecessary. Rather, he has been waiting impatiently for her visits twice weekly, but her ardor for education has made them more than worth the wait. The time fairly raced by when he was absorbed in experiencing various learning activities such as games with her. Once again, her wonderful and devoted efforts would be greatly appreciated.
Katherine C. from Austin, TX I will give Vicki 5 stars in the areas she provides the tutoring service. She is very patient and always make herself available and be flexible. She understands her students well, and always finds a way to motivate them doing well. I would recommend Vicki to anyone for ESL/English subject tutoring.
Julie C. from Leander, TX Vicki is a wonderful tutor who brings calm to the table! Her patience and ability to keep my son focused and interested in his work has really helped him in the classroom as well. Highly recommend Vicki!
Louisa J. from Leander, TX Wonderful tutor. My son is not scared of math anymore. Vicki is very patient with him and helps him understand how to complete math problems in several ways in order to find the one he is comfortable with. Very flexible even with last minute schedule changes!
Joy M. from Georgetown, TX Vicky is the most wonderful instructor. We have enjoyed having her in our home teaching our daughter to sew! She has a lot of patience and was so kind and helpful prior to our lessons, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
Sumana B. from Austin, TX Vicki is a very efficient and hard working teacher. She has been tutoring my daughter for the last seven months. My daughter's writing skill has improved a lot over this period of time. She knows how to handle kids and how to encourage them in the areas where they are lagging. She is flexible too.
Vandana A. from Cedar Park, TX My 3 year old looks forward to his class with Mrs. Vicki. She teaches him math, phonics, and writing and is extremely patient with him. It has only been two months since we started the class and my son recognizes most alphabets and their sounds. Even his writing is getting better by the day. Highly recommend Mrs. Vicki!
JOUNG HEE K. from Cedar Park, TX She was very enthusiastic and idealistic, and she really understood the tough realities of her unmotivated students. She applied various educational tools during the lesson and thus our son concentrated on the activities. In particular, she was very good at handling youngsters wholeheartedly. We value her experience as an elementary school teacher. Though our son is out of the States, he still misses her. We are grateful of her unchangeable efforts that she provided.
Youngah J. from Round Rock, TX I live in Round Rock, Texas. We meet at a library. I learned not only ESL but also lots of things about Texas and American lifestyle. She also has lots of experience, and she's a very understanding person. Sometimes she was like a counselor whenever I talked about my worry, and I felt relieved. She is really great teacher! I will miss her!
