This was an amazing statement coming from a girl who LOVES to read and write. I couldn't be happier with the work that Becky has done with my daughter. She really knows how to react to any mood that gets thrown her way and the lessons are always positive experiences. I would highly recommend Becky as a tutor. ***Update*** My daughter reports that she is feeling more confident in math class, that she knows her times tables better and is able to do her work without being called to a special group to get additional help. I am glad to see her working so well with Becky. Becky has been working hard to make the lessons fun and in line with my daughter's interests and it is helping my daughter enjoy math more.

Mar 18, 2013 My granddaughter continues to make significant progress. She is up to grade level in reading now, and Becky has adjusted the lessons to focus a little more on math. We're so pleased with the progress she has made in the past 6 months she has been working with Becky. My granddaughter has made such a connection with her, even inviting her to her soccer game. Although the progress is reward enough, it's nice to see such a warm relationship developing between them. A child can never have enough positive adult role models! Sept 4, 2013 Becky has been tutoring my granddaughter for almost a year now. Her reading level has improved several grade levels since that time. We couldn't be more thrilled. They continue to have a warm relationship and we really appreciate Becky's caring attitude. It's obvious from the planning that Becky does for each lesson, that she has a good grasp of where her student stands and is willing to do extra work to make sure that her lessons go along with what my granddaughter is doing in school. A great teacher and all around great person! April 7, 2014 After only a year and a half, my granddaughter's reading level has increased over 4 grade levels. She is now completely up to grade level. Becky has been fantastic! Although we originally hired her just for reading, we added an extra half hour for working on math or other homework assignments where help might be needed. I cannot say enough great things about Becky. She knows where my granddaughter stands on her schoolwork and works hard to customize her lessons. She invents games to keep things interesting. She's a lot of fun! She is not only a well qualified teacher, she is such a caring person! My granddaughter has connected with her so well. Although she's now up to grade level, we hope to have her keep working with Becky on a more limited schedule in order to keep her there. We've had a wonderful experience with Becky and feel we have gained a friend in the bargain!
