Testimonials
Pat D. from Chaska, MN Thore is great! He is very patient, methodical and thorough. He covers all topics to facilitate my daughter's success. He encourages my daughter with each accomplishment, which gives her the enthusiasm to try harder! He has given her the confidence to be able to score higher in her ACT (she scored a 33!!!). Thank you, Thore!
Nikita S. from Saint Paul, MN Thore is an excellent tutor. He comes well prepared and does a great job guiding and giving advice on how to improve!
Ann A. from Chanhassen, MN Thore is an awesome tutor. He really helped to prepare my son for the ACT. I was amazed at how Thore was able to motivate my son to study and take practice tests. Thanks to Thore, my son increased his ACT by 4 points. I would absolutely recommend Thore to anyone looking for a patient, dedicated, results oriented tutor.
Mathew H. from Minnetonka, MN What I mean by the statement above is that Thore teaches the material in a way that each student can understand it. He truly understood how I was thinking about problems and taught in methods that complemented my thought process. This method of teaching made it easier for me to grasp material and learn how to do the problems faster. For example, my reading scores were low so he had me perform a passage in front of him and he identified that I was focusing on unimportant details rather than the purpose of the passage itself. Thore then proceeded to teach me methods to combat this issue and as a result, my reading section score increased by 8 points. Besides teaching methods, Thore has a vast knowledge of material. Yes, he has to teach students material because schools simply don't cover essential concepts that are tested by the ACT such as English grammar. Thanks so much Thore! P.S. I'm Thore's student and he has helped me increase my score by 5 composite points (25 to 30).
