I love connecting with my students. I love finding out what they know and building on that to help them become lifelong readers and writers. And I love when one of my students doesn’t need me any longer!

I have taught kindergarten literacy, Reading Recovery, and special reading (k-6) for 35 years in a local public school. Since retiring and during summers for years I have tutored many students until they could read and write in their classrooms.
