His grades were suffering because he wasn't up to speed with the rest of the class. He had missed many assignments and he was feeling frustrated and a bit depressed. He is a very bright, intelligent young man so, we decided to get him a tutor. Andrew called me and we decided my grandson would need tutoring twice a week. The first time Andrew came to meet with us, set us all at ease. He has a very calm personality and is very likable. My grandson was very excited to get started catching up on past due work. Andrew showed up on time and got right to work with my grandson. It was great to see how the two of them interacted. He is so patient and listened to my grandson with great respect. I like how Andrew draws out answers instead of settling for a yes or a no answer. This helped my grandson immensely, as he felt like he was really learning concepts that he hadn't been taught in school. My grandson has also learned a few new study habit skills from the tutor. I'm happy to report that my grandson is now on task and doing well in school. He walks with his shoulders back and I can tell that he is very proud of his accomplishments. He wouldn't having gotten there if we hadn't decided to hire Andrew. I will surely be calling on Andrew again in the future, if the need arises. He's awesome!
