He was knowledgeable about the subject matter but what really surprised me was how prepared he came to the tutor session. He went over each topic on his own time prior to the session and brought a packet of his own for me to review over. He said he spent about 2 hours a day for a week prior to the meeting to prepare the tutor meeting/lesson for me, and I think that is awesome. Learned a lot from Doug and would refer him to anyone in need of a good tutor.
