When I received the receipt following the session, indicating the amount of money I owed, I had some discrepancies and asked for more information. After getting off the phone with Cheri, I felt as though things were sorted out and we had even began planning our next session. Shortly after, I received an email from her indicating that we were not a "good fit", and that all my future sessions were canceled with her. I had no say in this, and now my daughter has to wait another week or so until I can find another tutor, hindering her school performances for the upcoming week.
