Educating Our Future

I have been teaching for nine years. I recently acquired my M.Ed in reading through Saint Leo University. I have tutored in after school programs and for Huntington Learning Center.

My passion is helping struggling readers. I teach my students a variety of Scientifically Based Reading Research strategies to use before, during, and after reading to help increase comprehension. My students become more confident and develop a desire to read for both information and pleasure purposes.
