Testimonials
Vicky A. from Sykesville, MD Everything went smoothly. I found this company on the internet. My son and I looked at the pictures of French teachers and the brief description of their qualifications. My son decided to request a female teacher who was born in Paris. So, I sent her an email. The next day, I received an email from this female teacher telling me that for the time being her schedule was full. I also received an email from Dr. Leopold M., telling me that he is available to give French lessons to my son, and describing his qualifications. Although Mr. Leopold was not the teacher we had picked at the beginning, we noticed that he has excellent qualifications. So we accepted. To be able to speak on the phone with Mr. Leopold and make lesson arrangements I had to give payment info to the WyzAnt company. So I did. Mr. Leopold then called me and we arranged to start lessons. When he came home, all that I could tell was that Mr. Leopold looked like a very nice gentleman. When the first two-hour lesson was over, I asked my son what he thought of him. My son said "He is an excellent teacher". I was delighted because it is very unusual to hear something like that from my son! (not because he just does not like school and teachers; he is a top student, but he is very critical). I asked my son if he has any adjective to characterize Mr. Leopold, except for "very good teacher", so that I put it in his review; he told me "very efficient", meaning that Mr. Leopold is using the lesson time very effectively. This is not surprising considering that Dr. Leopold M. has been a university professor.
Christine S. from White Marsh, MD Monsieur M. is such an amazing teacher who is caring and encouraging. He arrived immensely prepared with many samples of books. He brings an incredible balance of challenging my children to do the very best they can and keeping them engaged with his pleasant personality. He does a great job at focusing on grammar and proper pronunciation. He is very easy to reach. I would highly recommend Monsieur M.!
