I have a passion for teaching and inspiring children to learn and want to do more. I graduated from Tabor College in Kansas with a BA in Christian Ministry and served as a youth pastor for one year before moving to south Texas with my wife and son. I received my Texas Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood Education and I have taught for four years in the IDEA Public school system as an ELA and Math teacher. I am also the founder of the after-school Guitar Club at IDEA Academy San Juan.
