Since I needed help in somewhat advanced SPSS techniques, I was very concerned about whether she would be able to satisfy my needs. Surprisingly, she was more than I have ever expected. She knew what are the important factors in using SPSS and statistics in general. She helped me learn some of the important procedures while showing me how to use SPSS. She was very focused, bright, and able to articulate her points in everyday language.
