From 2000-2002 I lived in Kosice, Slovakia where I taught English to Slovak college students. From 2008 to 2009 I taught English to immigrants and refugees in St. Louis. I also interpreted for French-speaking Africans (French was my minor in college). In 2010 I taught Intermediate Grammar for the English as a Second Language Department at Saint Louis University.
