Hello there my name is Alexander. Thank for taking the time to read my bio. I have been playing the piano for over 35 years. I have been teaching piano for over 20 years. In addition to teaching piano I am elementary school music teacher for over 18 years. I currently teach students as young as 5 and as old as 65. Whether your a beginner or an experienced player I am passionate about teach music and help each develop a love of playing the piano. I have earned an Associate of Performing Arts in Piano from Nassau Community College, a Bachelors of Arts from Hofstra University and a Masters of Education-Music K-12 from Hofstra University. I am married to my lovely bride-Keyla for 15 years and I have two amazing children Ally and Matthew both of which take piano lessons from yours truly. I teach and play most styles of music and I am able to teach students how to read and play by ear. I would love to help you reach your musical goals.
