My educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. After working in that field for 20 years, I decided to go back to school and get a degree from the Sign Language Interpreter Training Program at OCC. I did very well in that program, receiving The Sign Language Student of the Year Academic Achievement Award, and being selected as OCC’s Student Speaker for the 2009 Commencement.
