After failing college algebra twice and on my third and final attempt (especially during the shortened summer semester) I was worried, but after my first lesson I felt much more at ease with the work I had ahead. I received an A on my first test after just meeting with her twice! She was always able to work with my schedule and come to my home on days that worked best for me. When I didn't understand something she would explain it until I got it. I would also pick out questions from my practice tests that I was struggling with and she would go over every single one in detail and show me the steps, she is SO patient. She would also make similar examples and sit there with me while I did them. She explained charts/problems out of the text book that were difficult to understand. And rescheduling with her was never a problem. If you are not a math person (and I most definitely was not) I highly suggest her. She will easily break down the problems and help you until you feel sure about them. I feel much more confident using math because she was able to help me see it wasn't so bad after all. She is awesome! Don't pass her up as a tutor to help you! As of today, I received an A on all 5 math exams I had during the course of the semester and also received an A in the class after previously failing twice. If that isn't proof enough to you that she is great, I don't know what will be!
