From my experience, I have found that students of all abilities often struggle in large math classes when there isn’t the time for instructors to break down challenging concepts into easy to understand, real-world language. Over the years, I have worked with students one-on-one and in small groups to help build their confidence in math, whether they are working towards a better understanding of the basics in algebra or pushing to get an A on the next calculus test.
