French is a fun and beautiful language that can be challenging when one is not properly equipped. After a brief introduction in French when I meet a new student, I am usually able to tell how fluent the student is. From the first assessment I ask what the student’s goals are and lay out a study plan that will be beneficial to the student, and if there is no objection, we go to the next step of determining the tools for success.
