My background in econometrics is very limited, and I asked Alexander to assist me in testing my econometric model. Alex not only helped me manipulate my data and develop a strong command of linear regression and different statistical software packages, but he also helped me (vastly) improve my model and thesis. Prior to our three-hour session, I felt very intimidated by the material and anxious about the feasibility of my research. Alexander quelled my worries with his very patient, clear, and manageable approach to teaching. He did his best to work at an optimal pace and he used our time efficiently. He was very accommodating and he came to our session well-prepared.
