I left messages and apologized for the late notice. I asked that she call back and we could discuss possible reschedule. She never called back. This is our 2nd tutor lesson for my son. We just barely know her a week ago. During the 1st tutor meeting, she did not talk about the cancellation policy. We put our trust on her helping us on an paper due in the coming week. We told her about that. We were totally shocked to see she charged $50 fee right away after my calls.
