He always returns my phone calls promptly, and he comes to tutor my two children during short request notices. He is very patient, and he makes difficult subjects easy and understandable. At the end of each session, he gives me an overview of the lessons and how well my children did. Sometimes he leaves them homework so that they could practice to insure that they understood the last tutoring session. If they did not understand it, he would go over it again and again until he was sure that they understood.
