Math Troubles? I can help!
All through my college and high school experience I tutored in math. I’ve helped high school students prepare for the SATs and geometry exams, and I’ve helped graduate students survive differential equations. At university I worked as a supplemental calculus teacher, and feel most confident with calculus topics, but certainly can handle anything as long as I get a day to review the material. I love working with different students, and connecting with students in their unique learning styles.

Testimonials
Joni L. from Athens, OH Mason is easy to reach. He goes out of his way to meet you when you need to meet. He is patient and treats my son like an adult, yet makes sure he knows what he needs to know. He has worked really hard to help my son. Mason has a great passion for his students as well as for math. My son and I would recommend Mason to tutor.
Matthew O. from Glen Burnie, MD Mason's most important quality is the ability to tailor his information to the needs of the student on a visit-by-visit basis. Some days we needed to go over problems, somedays we needed to go over core concepts. Mason excelled in both roles. Mason was also very flexible and was able to move around lessons when I was unable to meet with him at the scheduled time.
Sukirti S. from Rockville, MD Very friendly and good at approaching the subject matter. Sorry the timing/place did not work for us but the student was happy with the lesson.
Karen F. from Washington, DC Mason has been teaching math to my 7 year old son for several months and we are very happy with him. My son loves math so we wanted someone who could just spend some time with him exploring the subject. Mason has been able to keep up with his energy - stopping to go for a quick walk around the house or otherwise redirecting his focus and then bringing him back to the subject at hand. Additionally, there's Mason's own enjoyment and thorough knowledge of the subject - from algebra to trigonometry to number theory means, he can jump around to numerous topics instead of plodding through a traditional straight line through math. Mason is also reliable, on time, communicative, and generally in a good mood!
