There is something to be said about that moment in which a student looks up to you, wide-eyed with glee when he/she finally understands a concept you are teaching. This will happen during my tutoring sessions. I will do what it takes for the student to understand the lesson. I plan to spend time to learn HOW the student learns (tactile, audio, visual) and incorporate those methods into specialized lessons.
