I am certified to teach Home Economics at the middle and high school levels. I have several years of middle school teaching experience, which includes sewing for beginners. The sewing lessons included hand sewing and machine sewing. Some projects required all hand sewing and some required machine and hand sewing skills. The sewing machine projects included pillow cases, mittens, draw-string bags, footballs, winter hats, and ugly dolls.
