When we got down to enough detail he saw what I was after. He said he would need to think about it and write back, which he did within a day or two. The result was not only that my real world dilemma has a plan of attack, but that he provided a formula (with his own personal explanation in usage). This enabled me to work the numbers through from a variety of angles and assumptions. It was nice to feel the light turn on when seeing his response. Very informative. I very much appreciate that Bill took the time to explain things in writing. Not many do that since it's so easy to copy and paste these days. Will without a doubt use him when I'm stuck again!

Bill is an excellent tutor in all aspects as he truly cares about his students and does all he can to help them do well. He even let my daughter borrow his calculator for her AP Statistics Exam, which was extremely generous of him to do so. He is extremely responsive to all communications and very flexible with his schedule to accommodate a student's needs. I should highlight that at the end of the day it is up to the student to put forth their maximum effort to learn the material; however, Bill will do all in his power to provide all the tools and proper tutoring to help the student. In terms of statistics, Bill not only has extensive classroom teaching experience through college as he teaches at Northwestern, but also has the actual work experience wherein he can relate the material to help a student understand realistic applications. Bill also has the proper disposition and appears to love teaching students of all levels - particularly those who are serious about doing their best - as he makes himself readily available whenever necessary. My daughter interacted very well with Bill and truly enjoyed working with him because he was very kind and extremely helpful to her. This review is not any different than the other reviews written for Bill in that all consider him to be an EXCELLENT tutor. We can't thank Bill enough for his efforts and results derived in helping my daughter do well in her AP class as well as her AP Exam. We have and will continue to strongly recommend Bill as a tutor for any student, as he is not only a true professional, but a great person!!! Thank you, Bill.
