Welcome to the Salem Plaza KinderCare. Our combined years of service total 108 years which demonstrates our entire staff has a true passion for teaching. That passion guides our staff to approach your child’s development as a whole, socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Our curriculum incorporates components that making learning fun, respects children, all while working in partnership with families to make sure each and every child is engaged and their needs are being met. The teachers and staff members at the Salem Plaza KinderCare are passionate about educating and nurturing children. The majority of the teachers at our school have an Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Early Childhood Education and child development. Our team strives for excellence through continuing education, in-service training provided by our company twice per year and monthly Team meetings. We are dedicated to providing you with an environment that supports whole child development and sense of community.
