Child Care Assistance in Idaho

28 August 2013

The Idaho Child Care Program helps low-income families afford child care. Because it wants to encourage families that can eventually provide for themselves, one of the program’s main focuses is on allowing parents an opportunity to work. The program does not cover the entire cost of child care, but will help eligible families, while the parents are responsible for a co-pay. The amount of help provided varies, depending on a family’s income, size and location. To apply for financial help or just to learn more, go to Idaho’s Apply for Assistance page.

How to get started:
To get started in the enrollment process, find the programs in your area by using the online Head Start Locator.
